About the Role

Final Us is looking for an experienced Facebook Ads / Meta Ads Expert with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, especially Lead Generation and WhatsApp campaigns. Experience in real estate marketing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, launch and manage Facebook & Instagram Ads campaigns.

• Run Lead Generation and WhatsApp campaigns.

• Research and identify the right audiences, locations and targeting strategies.

• Test different ad creatives, headlines, copy and audiences.

• Monitor and optimize CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC and lead quality.

• Manage daily advertising budgets and optimize ad spend.

• Scale campaigns that are performing well and reduce spend on poor-performing campaigns.

• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

• Work closely with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

• Track lead quality and coordinate with the sales team.

• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads updates, policies and optimization strategies.

• Suggest new campaign ideas and strategies to improve lead generation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Facebook/Meta Ads.

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience running Lead Generation and WhatsApp Ads.

• Good understanding of CPL, CTR, CPM, CPC, ROAS and conversion rates.

• Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting and campaign optimization.

• Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Real estate advertising experience is preferred.

• Candidates with proven campaign results or case studies will be preferred.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field preferred.

• 1–2 years of relevant Meta Ads experience.
