Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can manage online marketing activities, create and optimize advertising campaigns, handle social media platforms, generate leads, and improve brand visibility across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

• Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads).

• Plan and execute Google Ads campaigns.

• Manage lead generation and conversion campaigns.

• Perform audience research, targeting, and retargeting.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI.

• Analyze ad reports and prepare performance summaries.

Social Media Marketing

• Manage company and brand social media accounts.

• Create social media strategies to increase reach and engagement.

• Plan and publish daily posts, reels, stories, and promotional content.

• Write engaging captions and select relevant hashtags.

• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.

• Stay updated with social media trends and implement new ideas.

Content Marketing

• Create marketing content for social media, blogs, and campaigns.

• Coordinate with designers for creatives and promotional materials.

• Develop content ideas for brand awareness and customer engagement.

• Assist in email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

SEO & Online Growth

• Perform basic keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Implement basic SEO activities to improve online visibility.

• Monitor website traffic and marketing performance.

• Suggest strategies to increase organic reach and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.

• Analyze important metrics like reach, clicks, leads, conversions, and ROI.

• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.

Qualification

• Graduate in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.

• Experience: 1–3 Years in Digital Marketing

• Candidates with practical experience in running ads and managing social media will be preferred.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
(Based on skills and experience)

Working Days

• Monday to Saturday

• Work From Office
