Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive / Specialist with 1–5 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing channels, campaign execution, lead generation, social media, SEO, and performance marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, improving online visibility, generating qualified leads, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid advertising platforms.

• Conduct keyword research, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and basic technical SEO activities.

• Manage and grow social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Create and coordinate engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.

• Monitor website traffic, leads, conversions, engagement, and other key performance indicators.

• Use Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.

• Develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.

• Conduct competitor and market research to identify new marketing opportunities.

• Coordinate with content, design, sales, and other teams to execute campaigns effectively.

• Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.

• Optimize campaigns based on performance, ROI, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and other relevant metrics.

Required Skills

• 1–5 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

• Good knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.

• Experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Understanding of keyword research and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into marketing actions.

• Good understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Google Ads or other relevant digital marketing certifications are an advantage.

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, WordPress, Canva, or basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
