Manage digital marketing operations, team coordination, hiring support, SEO, social media, paid ads, and coordination with the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the SEO team and daily tasks.
Coordinate with developers for website and SEO requirements.
Manage company social media and content activities.
Plan and manage Meta & Google Ads.
Support hiring and onboarding of marketing team members.
Track team performance, leads, campaigns, and project deadlines.
Requirements:
1+ years of digital marketing experience.
Good knowledge of SEO, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and social media.
Strong team management and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with SEO, development, content, and design teams.
Basic understanding of analytics and reporting.
KPIs:
SEO growth and organic traffic.
Lead generation and ad performance.
Social media growth and engagement.
Team productivity and task completion.
Project delivery within deadlines.
Hiring and onboarding targets.
