Social Media Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, active and responsible female candidate who can manage our online presence, create engaging content, handle customer queries and promote our IT products/services across multiple platforms.

### 📱 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

🔹 Manage Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Justdial, IndiaMART and other online platforms.

🔹 Create Reels, Posts, Stories, Product Videos & Promotional Content.

🔹 Shoot and edit Laptop, Desktop, Workstation, Server and IT Product videos/photos.

🔹 Create attractive product advertisements and promotional campaigns.

🔹 Manage and run online advertisements / paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook & Instagram and Google.

🔹 Respond to customer inquiries, comments and messages professionally and on time.

🔹 Handle customer queries received through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Justdial, IndiaMART and other platforms.

🔹 Upload and regularly update products on Justdial, IndiaMART, Google Business Profile and social media.

🔹 Create content for new product arrivals, offers, refurbished stock updates and promotional campaigns.

🔹 Monitor customer responses, leads, enquiries and online engagement.

🔹 Coordinate with the sales team for leads generated through social media and online platforms.

🔹 Maintain proper records of enquiries and follow up with customers when required.

🔹 Improve online visibility, engagement, leads and brand awareness of Dream Infotech.

### 🎯 REQUIRED SKILLS

✅ Good communication skills

✅ Basic knowledge of Instagram & Facebook

✅ Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / CapCut / Video Editing is an advantage

✅ Creative thinking and good presentation sense

✅ Basic knowledge of Facebook & Instagram Ads

✅ Basic understanding of Google Business Profile / Google Ads

✅ Ability to handle customer queries professionally

✅ Good Gujarati & Hindi communication

✅ Basic English communication

✅ Willingness to learn new digital marketing tools

✅ Must be active on social media and understand current trends

Candidates with 0–1 year experience in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Instagram Management or Online Marketing can apply.

Female candidates preferred.

💰 SALARY

₹8,000/- to ₹15,000/- per month

Salary will depend on skills, experience and interview performance.
