Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented lead generate candidate who can generate new leads, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.

• Contact potential customers and introduce our products/services.

• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.

• Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.

• Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

• Maintain good relationships with prospects and existing customers.

• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to improve lead conversion.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Hindi and basic English communication skills.

• Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM is preferred.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills.
