Job Description: Social Media Coordinator

Location: Topsia, Kolkata

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Coordinator to manage communication between our social media agency, internal teams, and management. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely execution of social media campaigns, maintain content quality, and support overall digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily communication between the Social Media Agency and the Director to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution.

Follow up on content calendars, creative assets, campaign timelines, and approvals.

Ensure all social media content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Collaborate with internal departments to gather product information, images, and marketing requirements.

Monitor campaign progress and provide regular updates and reports to management.

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms.

Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare periodic performance reports.

Maintain organized documentation of content schedules, campaign deliverables, and approvals.

Support the marketing team in day-to-day digital marketing and branding activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in Social Media Coordination, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities with attention to detail.

Basic understanding of major social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Working knowledge of Canva and Meta Business Suite is preferred.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

Experience working with social media agencies or marketing teams.

Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools is an added advantage.
