Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the YouTube channel.

• Edit long-form videos and YouTube Shorts.

• Create engaging videos with smooth transitions, effects, subtitles, and background music.

• Upload videos with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, tags, and hashtags.

• Create attractive thumbnails or coordinate with the thumbnail designer.

• Plan and schedule content according to the upload calendar.

• Monitor YouTube Analytics, views, audience retention, and subscriber growth.

• Suggest creative ideas to improve channel performance.

• Ensure consistent posting and maintain video quality.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Understanding of YouTube SEO and channel management.

• Basic knowledge of thumbnails and graphic design.

• Creativity, time management, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a YouTube channel is an advantage.

• A portfolio of edited videos or YouTube Shorts is preferred.

• Freshers with good editing skills and practical knowledge can also apply.
