About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Hiyath.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing efforts across various digital channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, lead generation, and online conversions
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) within allocated budgets
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, blogs, and email newsletters
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies
Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce marketing materials
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
Manage social media accounts, including content calendars and community engagement
Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and conversion rates
Track ROI and prepare regular performance reports for management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, keyword research, and content marketing strategies
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads/Analytics certification
Experience in performance marketing or e-commerce
Knowledge of marketing automation tools
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page edits
