​About the Role

​We are seeking high-energy, ambitious, and target-driven Digital Marketing Sales Executives to join our team in Rohini, Delhi. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, closing high-value leads, and expanding our business footprint. ​Key Responsibilities

​Drive Revenue: Achieve and consistently exceed the monthly sales target of ₹2,00,000 through strategic client acquisition and closing leads.

​Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new prospective clients across B2B and B2C segments using outbound calls, meetings, and digital outreach.

​Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure recurring business and referrals.

​Internal Coordination: Work closely with the operations and digital marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and timely service delivery.

​Sales Reporting: Maintain sales pipelines, update CRM records, and submit regular progress reports to the reporting manager.

​Candidate Qualifications & Requirements

​Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA, MBA, or Digital Marketing background preferred).

​Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Acquisition.

​Key Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

​Attributes: Target-driven, self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with both telephonic sales and in-person client meetings.

​Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas in previous roles.
