Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) — Core Focus

• Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical) to improve keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.

• Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and inform content strategy.

• Link Building: Plan and execute effective link-building and digital PR strategies to increase domain authority.

• Performance Monitoring: Utilize tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to rigorously monitor, track, and report on key SEO metrics.

Broader Digital Marketing

• Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, translating data into actionable insights for the leadership team.

• Email & SMM: Provide strategic oversight for email marketing campaigns and social media marketing to ensure brand consistency and funnel alignment.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on, progressive experience in Digital Marketing, with a substantial portion dedicated to advanced SEO.

• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of SEO tools ).

• Analytics Mastery: High proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console (GSC), and Tag Manage

• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
