About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media management, content strategy, and graphic designing, and should be comfortable working across both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

• Manage SEO/SEM activities to improve website ranking and organic traffic

• Handle social media strategy, content calendars, and community engagement

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

• Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation workflows

• Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and optimize campaigns for better ROI

• Stay updated with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Graphic Design

• Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, and marketing collateral

• Create engaging visual content aligned with brand guidelines

• Work on basic video editing/reels for social media (preferred)

• Collaborate with the content team to design assets that support campaigns

• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and digital assets

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing

• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools

• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and/or Illustrator

• Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends

• Experience with Google Analytics and reporting tools

• Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, etc.)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Creative thinking with attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously

Good to Have

• Experience with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)

• Knowledge of WordPress or basic website updates

• Understanding of marketing automation tools

• Prior experience in [industry-specific, e.g., e-commerce/D2C/agency] background

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Design, or a related field

• Certifications in Google Ads/Digital Marketing/Graphic Design (preferred, not mandatory)
