We are building a strong digital-first brand that connects premium properties with HNI, business-owner, investor, and affluent end-user audiences.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can take ownership of our online presence, create compelling real-estate content, generate qualified leads, and help build Copper Bottomed Realty into a recognised premium real estate brand.

The ideal candidate should be creative, commercially minded, and comfortable working across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage Copper Bottomed Realty’s Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn presence.

• Develop monthly content calendars.

• Create and publish Reels, posts, carousels, stories and property-focused content.

• Identify current social-media trends relevant to luxury real estate.

• Build a premium and consistent brand image across platforms.

2. Content Creation

• Create engaging content around:
  
  

  • Luxury residences

  • Property walkthroughs

  • Location advantages

  • Investment opportunities

  • Real estate insights

  • Lifestyle and luxury living

• Coordinate photography and videography for property projects.

• Edit short-form videos/Reels using tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar platforms.

• Write captions, hooks, CTAs and basic marketing copy.

3. Lead Generation

• Plan and execute Meta and Google advertising campaigns.

• Generate enquiries for real estate projects.

• Monitor leads and campaign performance.

• Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.

• Track CPL, CTR, engagement, enquiries and other key marketing metrics.

4. Digital Brand Building

• Develop Copper Bottomed Realty as a premium and trustworthy real estate brand.

• Build the company’s digital presence and authority.

• Assist in LinkedIn content and personal branding for the company’s partners/directors.

• Explore collaborations with creators, influencers, brokers and relevant luxury/lifestyle platforms.

5. Marketing Analytics

• Monitor social media and advertising performance.

• Prepare basic weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Identify what content and campaigns are generating enquiries.

• Continuously test and improve creatives, audiences and campaigns.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing/social media preferred.

• Experience with Instagram Reels and Meta Ads is highly desirable.

• Basic understanding of Google Ads and digital lead generation.

• Good knowledge of Canva and/or CapCut.

• Strong communication and copywriting skills.

• Creative mindset with an understanding of premium/luxury branding.

• Ability to independently plan and execute campaigns.

• Real estate, luxury, hospitality or premium-brand experience will be an advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just post content, but thinks like a marketer.

You should be able to look at a property and answer:

“How can we present this property digitally so that the right customer wants to enquire?”

You should be comfortable experimenting with new content formats, analysing results and taking ownership of the company’s digital growth.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.

Performance incentives can be offered based on lead-generation and campaign performance.
