About Codebar: Codebar is a Chennai-based software and digital solutions company helping businesses grow through technology and marketing. We work with clients in real estate, retail, education, events, and more — handling everything from websites and AI tools to ads and social media.

Role Overview: We're looking for a hands-on digital marketer who can manage multiple client accounts, run paid campaigns, create content strategies, and deliver results. You should be someone who takes ownership and doesn't wait to be told what to do.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage social media for Codebar and clients (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Run and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end

• Develop content calendars and coordinate with the design team

• Handle on-page SEO, keyword research, and content updates

• Track campaign metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

• Manage client communication and campaign briefings

• Plan and oversee reels and short video content strategy

• Support lead generation activities for Codebar's own business

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience

• Proven experience running Meta Ads and/or Google Ads

• Good understanding of SEO basics

• Strong content planning and social media strategy skills

• Comfortable with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Search Console

• Good communication in Tamil and English

• Experience handling multiple client accounts is a big plus

• Canva / basic video editing skills preferred

Good to Have:

• Experience at a digital agency

• Knowledge of email marketing or CRM tools

• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
