We are looking for a highly driven Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist to join our team at a fast-growing travel company. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in scaling campaigns, lead generation, and advanced digital marketing strategies.

🔥 Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage & scale paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

• Generate high-quality leads via WhatsApp & call-based funnels

• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI & low CPL

• Implement advanced growth strategies & traffic acquisition techniques

• Handle social media marketing & engagement strategies

• Perform competitor research and identify scaling opportunities

• Work on landing pages, creatives & funnels to improve conversions

🚀 Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads

• Experience in performance marketing & lead generation

• Understanding of audience targeting, retargeting & scaling strategies

• Ability to test and optimize ad creatives & copy

• Knowledge of SEO & organic growth strategies is a plus

• Smart thinking & problem-solving mindset
