Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive
Company: B.M. Properties
Location: Agra
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional to manage digital marketing campaigns and generate quality leads for our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Email Marketing
- Plan, execute and manage email marketing campaigns.
- Handle bulk emailing and email databases.
- Create attractive promotional email campaigns.
- Track open rates, click rates and campaign performance.
2. WhatsApp Marketing
- Manage and maintain WhatsApp Business API.
- Set up, monitor and manage WhatsApp chatflows and automation.
- Handle bulk WhatsApp campaigns and customer databases.
- Create promotional WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Manage automated customer responses and lead follow-ups.
3. Meta Advertising & Reel Campaigns
- Plan and run Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Run promotional Reel campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage lead generation campaigns through Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign budgets, performance and lead quality.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead conversion.
4. Database & Lead Management
- Maintain and manage customer databases.
- Generate qualified leads for real estate projects.
- Segment and organize leads for targeted marketing.
- Track leads and coordinate follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience in email campaigns and bulk emailing.
- Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API and chatflow management.
- Experience in Meta Ads and Instagram/Facebook Reel campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of database management.
- Experience in real estate lead generation will be preferred.
- Good communication, analytical and campaign management skills.
