We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 1–3 years of experience to manage and execute digital marketing activities across multiple channels. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in social media, content marketing, SEO, lead generation, and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.

• Manage and maintain company social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

• Create engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and organic traffic.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize website and content accordingly.

• Assist in managing Google Ads and other paid digital marketing campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports using relevant analytics tools.

• Support lead-generation activities through digital marketing channels.

• Research market trends, competitors, and audience behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to develop marketing content and promotional materials.

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest improvements based on campaign results.

• Maintain a consistent brand presence across digital platforms.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation.

• Experience managing business social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn.

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / Google Search Console.

• Familiarity with Google Ads and social media advertising is preferred.

• Good content writing and communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience in B2B / IT / Technology / Staffing industry will be an advantage.

• Candidates with hands-on experience in LinkedIn marketing and B2B lead generation are preferred.
