Job Description

Blue Sun Info is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2–2.5 years of experience in Performance Marketing to join our growing team. If you have hands-on expertise in running paid campaigns, optimizing ad performance, and generating quality leads, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, and Social Media advertising campaigns.

Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and improve ROI.

Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives.

Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Coordinate with the content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2–2.5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.

Good understanding of Performance Marketing, PPC, lead generation, remarketing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.

Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple client accounts and achieve campaign performance goals.
