Key Responsibilities: As a Manager, you will own the social strategy for our clients from conception to execution and reporting. Your core duties will include:
Strategy Development: Creating comprehensive, result-oriented social media strategies (organic) tailored to diverse client industries and business goals.
Content Leadership: Overseeing the creation of high-quality content calendars, writing compelling copy, and ensuring brand voice consistency across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X, etc.).
Team Coordination & Scheduling: Managing the workflow between design and content teams to ensure timely execution and oversight of all post scheduling.
Community Management: Developing guidelines for and overseeing reactive and proactive engagement with audience members to build brand loyalty.
In-depth Analytics & Reporting: Moving beyond basic numbers to analyze campaign data, derive actionable insights, and present detailed performance reports to clients.
Trend Analysis: Keeping a constant pulse on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to keep clients ahead of the curve.
Core Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).
Experience: 2 - 4 years of core social media management experience (Agency experience is heavily preferred).
Expertise across all major social media platforms and their specific best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership, project management, and client-handling skills.

📈 Advanced Performance Marketing: Proven expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing high-budget paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
🎬 Multimedia Production: Hands-on ability to direct shoots, edit high-quality video content (using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or advanced mobile tools for Reels), and create professional-grade visual content.
