Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO. The candidate should have strong knowledge of campaign planning, optimization, analytics, lead generation, and e-commerce performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

• Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.

• Handle Conversion, Sales, Retargeting, and Remarketing campaigns.

• Analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, Conversion Rate, etc.

• Manage audience targeting, retargeting, Lookalike Audiences, and campaign scaling.

• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.

Google Ads

• Manage Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display & Remarketing campaigns.

• Keyword research, search terms analysis, bidding, budget management, and optimization.

• Improve CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, CPA, and ROAS.

• Manage negative keywords and campaign structures.

• Track and analyze conversions through GA4, Google Tag Manager & Google Ads.

SEO

• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Handle On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO activities.

• Optimize website pages, product pages, meta titles, descriptions, headings, and internal linking.

• Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and SEO performance.

• Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with the development/content team.

• Work on link-building and SEO growth strategies.

🛠️ Required Skills

• 2–3 years of practical experience in Meta Ads & Google Ads.

• Good understanding of e-commerce performance marketing.

• Strong knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tools.

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console.

• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI) and conversion tracking will be an advantage.

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns based on ROI/ROAS.

• Good communication and reporting skills.
