Job Description:
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads and a good understanding of performance marketing metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance, budget, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversions.

• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improving performance.

• Manage daily ad budgets and ensure efficient utilization of advertising spend.

• Create and test different audiences, ad creatives and campaign strategies.

• Track conversions and coordinate with the team for proper tracking and reporting.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Conduct competitor and market research.

• Work with the creative team to develop performance-focused ad creatives and copies.

• Continuously test new strategies to improve leads, sales and ROAS.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Good understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion tracking.

• Good knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 and tracking.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with budgets and performance targets.

• E-commerce experience will be an added advantage.
