Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.

• Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation and conversions.

• Configure audience signals, targeting, conversion tracking, budgets, and bid strategies.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS.

• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

• Manage and optimize Performance Max and Smart Bidding campaigns.

• Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

• Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

• Prepare regular campaign performance reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

• Coordinate with the design/content team for ad creatives and landing pages.

• Manage retargeting/remarketing campaigns.

• Stay updated with changes in Google Ads, Meta Ads, AI-based advertising, and performance marketing practices.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Strong knowledge of Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.

• Good understanding of Meta lead generation and conversion campaigns.

• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

• Good understanding of conversion tracking and campaign analytics.

• Experience with Smart Bidding and AI-driven campaign optimization.

• Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting.

• Ability to analyze campaign data and take optimization decisions independently.

Good to Have

• WhatsApp lead-generation campaign experience.

• Microsoft Ads experience.

• Retargeting/remarketing experience.

• Landing page optimization experience.

• Basic understanding of server-side tracking.

• Experience working with AI tools for advertising and marketing.
