Digital Marketing & Brand Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Plan and execute digital campaigns for product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Build monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.
- Maintain brand voice and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram and Facebook pages end-to-end.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content after approvals.
- Track engagement, reach, and growth metrics.
- Manage comments, DMs, and community interactions.
Performance & Growth Marketing
- Execute Meta and Google ad campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
- Support lead generation and traffic growth.
Retention Marketing
- Manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Track open rates, CTR, and conversions.
Influencer & Collaboration Support
- Identify relevant influencers.
- Coordinate gifting and collaborations.
Content & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with designers or freelancers.
- Contribute to content ideas, captions, and storytelling.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media roles.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads.
- Good copywriting and content sense.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Work from office.
Work Details:
- Location: Rajni Intimates Corporate Office, Bangalore
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Reporting: Founder
