JOB DESCRIPTION: DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

About the Role

We are looking for a result-driven Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital campaigns, along with handling website design, development, and optimization. The candidate should have a strong understanding of online marketing strategies and hands-on experience in website management and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).

• Manage paid ads (Google Ads & Meta Ads) to generate leads.

• Handle SEO (On-page & Off-page) to improve website ranking.

• Create and manage social media content (posts, reels, stories, shorts).

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

• Generate qualified leads for interior design projects.

2. Website Design, Development & Management

• Design and maintain the company website with a strong focus on user experience (UX) and conversion.

• Develop and manage website pages using CMS platforms like WordPress or similar.

• Create landing pages for campaigns to improve lead generation.

• Ensure website is fully responsive (mobile, tablet, desktop).

• Optimize website speed, performance, and technical SEO structure.

• Implement and manage lead capture systems (forms, WhatsApp integration, call tracking).

• Upload and update project portfolios, images, blogs, and service pages.

• Coordinate with external developers for advanced features or custom requirements.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve website issues (layout, plugins, errors).

• Ensure proper integration of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.

• Continuously improve website design based on user behavior and performance data.

3. Content & Branding

• Create engaging content for website, blogs, and social media.

• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

• Work on YouTube SEO, thumbnails, and video optimization.

• Coordinate for photoshoots and project documentation.

4. Lead Management & CRM

• Track and manage leads from all digital platforms.

• Coordinate with sales team for lead conversion.

• Maintain lead database and follow-up status.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Digital Marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools).

• Hands-on experience in website design & development (WordPress or similar CMS).

• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS (preferred).

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and tracking tools.

• Ability to create landing pages and optimize conversion funnels.

• Creative thinking and content creation skills.

• Basic graphic/video editing knowledge (Canva, CapCut, etc.).

• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business / IT or related field preferred

• 12th pass candidates with strong practical knowledge in digital marketing and website development can also apply

• Digital Marketing certification will be an added advantage

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
