• Monitor website rankings, traffic, and performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic website traffic.

C. Paid Advertising

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Monitor advertising budgets, cost per lead, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Conduct audience targeting, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis.

• Generate reports and recommend improvements.

D. Content Creation

• Create marketing content for social media, websites, advertisements, and email campaigns.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members.

• Use tools such as Canva and AI-based content tools where appropriate.

• Ensure consistent branding and communication across digital channels.

E. Website & Lead Generation

• Update website content, product information, banners, and landing pages.

• Develop strategies to generate qualified leads and increase customer inquiries.

• Manage lead follow-ups in coordination with the sales team.

• Track conversions and improve the customer journey.

F. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.

• Track website traffic, social media growth, leads, sales, and advertising expenditure.

• Analyze campaign results and suggest corrective actions.

• Maintain marketing data and campaign records.

3. Required Skills

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.

• Experience in social media management and content marketing.

• Understanding of Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.

• Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
