Job Summary :

We are looking for a creative, performance-driven and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our online marketing activities and generate quality leads for our real estate projects.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, managing social media platforms, running paid advertisements, improving online visibility and supporting the sales team with qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.

• Generate quality property leads and improve lead quality and conversion rates.

• Monitor and optimize CPL (Cost Per Lead), CTR, conversions and campaign ROI.

• Manage company social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

• Create and coordinate engaging posts, reels, property videos, creatives and promotional content.

• Develop content for websites, landing pages, property listings and social media.

• Implement basic SEO, SEM and SMO strategies to improve online visibility.

• Manage and update website/property listings with accurate project information.

• Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and improve campaign performance.

• Track leads through CRM and maintain proper campaign and lead-generation records.

• Monitor competitors, market trends and digital marketing activities in the real estate sector.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.

• Conduct A/B testing of advertisements, creatives, audiences and landing pages.

• Support remarketing and retargeting campaigns to convert potential customers.

• Coordinate with designers, content creators, photographers/videographers or external agencies when required.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and Lead Generation.

• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Knowledge of SEO, SEM and Social Media Marketing.

• Understanding of marketing funnels and online lead conversion.

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and conversion tracking.

• Good content-writing and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools is an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of WordPress/website management is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with targets and marketing budgets.

Preferred Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

• Experience in real estate marketing is preferred.
