Digital Marketing Executive – Performance Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with an interest in Performance Marketing to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms and a strong willingness to learn, analyse campaign performance, and contribute to lead generation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching, and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and other key metrics.

• Support performance marketing and lead-generation campaigns.

• Conduct basic keyword research and audience targeting.

• Assist with campaign optimization to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.

• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and analyse data.

• Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives and copies.

• Conduct competitor and market research.

• Support Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking activities.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, advertising tools, and platform updates.
  

Required Skills

• knowledge of Google Ads / PPC.

• knowledge of Meta Ads / Facebook Ads Manager.

• Understanding of Performance Marketing and Lead Generation.

• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4.

• Understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and Conversion Rate.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills.

• Strong interest in learning and experimenting with digital marketing campaigns.
  

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, BMS, BBA, BMM, or a related field.

• Digital Marketing certification/course will be an added advantage.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
