Zencure Pharma is a growing healthcare/Ayurvedic brand focused on building quality products and expanding its presence through online and offline channels.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing professional who can independently manage our digital presence, generate leads, increase brand awareness and support online sales.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage Zencure Pharma's Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other social media platforms

Create and manage daily/weekly social media content

Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads

Generate quality leads through digital campaigns

Manage Google Ads and other paid campaigns

Develop strategies for increasing followers, engagement and brand awareness

Coordinate with graphic designers/video editors for creatives

Create/Reels/short videos and promotional campaigns

Manage WhatsApp marketing and lead follow-ups

Track campaign performance, CPL, leads, conversions and ROAS

Conduct competitor and market research

Support website/e-commerce marketing and product promotion

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly digital marketing reports

Work closely with the Sales Manager to convert digital leads into customers/dealers/distributors

Suggest new digital marketing strategies for Zencure Pharma's growth

💰 Salary & Incentive

₹20,000–₹35,000/month, depending on experience and skills.

Additional performance incentives may be provided for achieving agreed-upon targets.
