Digital Marketing Assistant

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who understands how online attention works — not just theory, but execution. You’ll support daily marketing activities, handle social media platforms, and help grow organic reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns

• Create basic content (captions, reels ideas, posts, blogs)

• Monitor engagement, comments, and messages

• Perform keyword research for SEO and blog content

• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.

• Assist in email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns

• Stay updated with trends, reels formats, and viral content strategies

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing)

• Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms (especially Instagram & Reels)

• Good writing skills (Hindi + English preferred)

• Creativity + trend awareness (what works online and why)

• Basic Canva / design tool knowledge

• Understanding of hashtags, captions, hooks, and engagement tactics

Bonus (Good to Have)

• Experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads

• Video editing (CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro basics)

• Blogging or content writing experience

• Knowledge of organic growth strategies
