Key Responsibilities
1. SEO & Organic Rankings — Primary KRA
- Rank Product & Category Pages: Get keywords like “TTO ribbon”, “barcode labels”, “batch coding ink” to Google Page 1
- On-Page SEO: Write meta titles/descriptions, H1 tags, internal links, image alt text, schema markup
- Technical SEO: Fix site speed, mobile issues, crawl errors, sitemap, indexation with developer support
- Content Plan: Research + publish blogs on topics like “MRP printing rules”, “TTO vs CIJ printer” to capture buyer intent
- Off-Page: Build backlinks from B2B directories, industry portals, and vendor sites
2. Google Ads & Paid Campaigns
- Run Search Campaigns: Create/manage Google Ads for high-intent keywords — “buy tto ribbon”, “thermal transfer ribbon supplier”
- Budget & ROI: Monitor daily spends, lower CPC, improve CTR, track cost-per-lead. Budget: ₹15k–₹50k/month
- Landing Pages: Suggest changes to improve conversion rate. Run A/B tests on headlines/CTAs
- Remarketing: Set up display campaigns to re-engage website visitors
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Google Analytics 4: Track traffic, top pages, user behavior, lead conversions
- Google Search Console: Monitor ranking keywords, impressions, CTR, fix coverage issues
- Google Tag Manager: Set up conversion tracking for form fills, calls, WhatsApp clicks
- Weekly Reports: Share keyword ranking movement, ad spend vs leads, GMB insights with management
4. Google My Business & Local SEO
- GMB Optimization: Keep Nala Sopara listing updated, post weekly updates, manage reviews
- Local Pack Ranking: Rank for “TTO ribbon supplier near me”, “barcode label manufacturer Mumbai”
5. Other Digital Tasks
- Social Proof: Basic LinkedIn page updates for B2B credibility
- Competitor Tracking: Monitor what competitors are ranking for / bidding on
- Coordination: Work with website developer, content writer, designer when needed Must-Have Skills
- SEO Tools: Used Ubersuggest, Semrush, Ahrefs, or GSC for keyword research & audits
- Google Ads: Hands-on with Search campaigns. Knows match types, extensions, quality score
- GA4 + GTM: Can set up events, conversions, track form leads
- GMB: Knows how to post, add products, reply to reviews
- Excel/Google Sheets: Can make basic reports, pivot tables, CTR/CPC calculations
- Communication: Can write basic ad copy + explain results to non-marketing team
Good to Have
- Basic WordPress — can edit pages, upload blogs
- Canva — create simple GMB posts, ad creatives
- B2B/Manufacturing domain exposure
- Hindi + English — can coordinate with sales team
Experience & Education
- 0 months – 2 years in digital marketing with proof of SEO or Ads work
- Freshers with strong internship projects + certifications can apply
- Graduate in any stream. BMM/Marketing/Digital Marketing diploma preferred
