Digital Marketing Assistant

Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.)

Create and post engaging content (posters, reels, videos, awareness campaigns)

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns

Handle paid ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads – basic knowledge preferred)

Monitor social media engagement and respond to messages/inquiries

Design promotional materials using tools like Canva

Maintain and update website/content (if applicable)

Promote events, workshops, and counseling services

Coordinate with counselors and team for content ideas

Track performance (reach, engagement, leads) and prepare reports

Required Skills:

Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

Creativity in content creation and poster design

Knowledge of Canva / basic video editing apps

Good communication skills (Kannada, English, Hindi marathi preferred)

Understanding of healthcare/mental health awareness is an advantage
