Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand's online presence, tell our story effectively on social media, and drive sales through various digital channels. If you have a strong understanding of fashion, jewellery, and the digital landscape, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Manage our social media accounts, with a special focus on Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging daily content (Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels).
Engage with our community by responding to comments and direct messages.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar.
Paid Advertising:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Manage the advertising budget effectively to ensure a high Return on Investment (ROI).
Content Creation & Strategy:
Conceptualize creative ideas and strategies to beautifully showcase our silver jewellery collection.
Coordinate with photographers/videographers for photoshoots and video shoots.
Write compelling and brand-aligned captions, ad copy, and blog posts.
SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
Implement basic on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic to our website.
Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.
Influencer Marketing:
Identify and collaborate with relevant fashion and lifestyle influencers for marketing campaigns.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
Prepare and present regular performance reports (weekly/monthly).
Required Qualifications and Skills:
A minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing. (Experience in a fashion, lifestyle, or jewellery brand will be a major plus).
In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook Ads Manager, and Google Ads.
A strong creative mindset with a passion for content creation.
Proficiency with basic design/video editing tools (e.g., Canva, InShot).
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
