Job Summary

We are seeking creative and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executives to join our team in Patna. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, including website development, SEO, company branding, and online marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

🌐 Website Development & Management

• Create and manage the company's official website using platforms like WordPress, Wix, or custom HTML/CSS.
  
  

• Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, fast, and SEO-optimized.
  
  

• Regularly update content, images, and blogs.
  
  

📄 Company Profile & Branding

• Design and develop company profiles, brochures, and marketing collateral.
  
  

• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual style across all platforms.
  
  

🔍 Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Perform on-page and off-page SEO.
  
  

• Conduct keyword research and use SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush).
  
  

• Increase website ranking on Google and improve organic traffic.
  
  

📢 Digital Marketing

• Run and manage online campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  
  

• Plan and execute email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
  
  

• Monitor and report on campaign performance (CTR, leads, conversions).
  
  

📱 Social Media Management

• Create and schedule posts for various social media channels.
  
  

• Engage with followers and build community presence.
  
  

• Analyze insights and suggest improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Media, or a related field.
  
  

• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

Experience:

• 0–3 years in digital marketing, web development, or similar roles.
  
  

• Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome.
  
  

Technical Skills:

• Website tools: WordPress, Wix, Shopify (any one)
  
  

• SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush
  
  

• Design tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator (basic knowledge)
  
  

• Marketing tools: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Mailchimp
