The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing strategies to promote the company’s civil and infrastructure projects, enhance brand visibility, and generate business leads through digital channels.
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to the construction, civil, and infrastructure sector.
Manage the company’s website, SEO, and SEM to improve online visibility.
Handle social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) for regular posting, engagement, and growth.
Create and post project updates, site photos, and videos to showcase ongoing and completed projects.
Develop content strategies including blogs, press releases, and case studies about civil and infrastructure projects.
Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to generate qualified leads.
Track and analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Project, Business Development) for marketing material and client presentations.
Manage email marketing, newsletters, and CRM campaigns.
Support in preparing digital brochures, project portfolios, and client presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in construction or infrastructure industry preferred).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Analytics, and social media management tools.
Good understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation for EPC, construction, or infrastructure firms.
Strong communication, creative, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
