🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Freelancer who has strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). The candidate should be capable of planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns to generate quality leads and conversions.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Lead Gen, Traffic, Conversion, Retargeting).

• Handle Google Ads including Search, Display & YouTube campaigns.

• Perform audience targeting, keyword research, and competitor analysis.

• Optimize ad creatives, copies, headlines, and CTAs for better ROI.

• Monitor daily ad performance and control ad spend efficiently.

• Track leads, conversions, CPL, ROAS using Meta & Google dashboards.

• Setup and manage Pixel, Conversion Tracking, and GTM (basic level).

• Create performance reports (weekly/monthly) with insights and improvement plans.

• Coordinate with content/design team if required (or give clear creative inputs).

✅ Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads Dashboard.

• Hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns.

• Clear understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking.

• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly.

• Experience working with SME / service-based businesses is a plus.

• Good communication skills and professional work ethics.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
