The ideal candidate should have experience in digital marketing, social media management, online advertising, and content creation, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
Handle and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Manage company social media accounts and create engaging content.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Create marketing materials, posters, and promotional content.
Maintain and update company website and online listings.
Generate recruitment and business leads through digital channels.
Coordinate with the recruitment team to promote ongoing job requirements.
Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
Understanding of SEO, Google Business Profile, and social media marketing.
Good communication and content writing skills.
Ability to work independently and meet marketing targets.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or recruitment industry will be an advantage.
