Responsibilities

• Explain company services and projects to prospective clients.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Respond to client queries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

• Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong relationships.

• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth communication.

• Maintain client records and daily follow-up reports.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving ability.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
