Job Summary

We are looking for a Station Support Associate (SSA) to support daily delivery station operations, including package sorting, scanning, dispatch coordination, and maintaining smooth station activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, scan, sort, and organize packages.

• Assist with package loading and unloading.

• Coordinate with Delivery Executives for timely dispatch.

• Ensure packages are correctly sorted and assigned.

• Update package information in the system.

• Maintain station records and operational documentation.

• Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly sorted packages.

• Support the Station Manager and operations team in daily activities.

• Follow all safety and operational procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the station.

• Achieve daily operational targets and maintain accuracy.
  

Requirements

• 10th / 12th pass or Graduate.

• Freshers are welcome.

• Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

• Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
