Job Title: Last Mile Executive / Last Mile Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage final delivery operations from hub to customer.

• Coordinate with delivery partners and riders.

• Monitor delivery performance, SLA adherence, and customer satisfaction.

• Resolve delivery issues, delays, and customer complaints.

• Track daily dispatches, returns, and undelivered shipments.

• Analyze operational data and prepare reports.

• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred).

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, e-commerce, or transportation operations.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with logistics software, Excel, and reporting tools.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
