Responsibilities

Pick up parcels from the assigned hub or warehouse.

Deliver ecommerce orders safely and on time.

Verify customer address, contact details, and delivery instructions before handing over the parcel.

Update delivery status in the mobile app or system after each delivery.

Maintain delivery records, receipts, and payment details when applicable.

Handle parcels carefully to avoid damage or loss.

Follow traffic rules, company guidelines, and safety procedures.

Communicate politely with customers and resolve basic delivery issues.

Requirements

Own bike/scooter may be required, depending on the company.

Valid driving license.

Basic smartphone usage for navigation and delivery updates.

Good knowledge of local routes and areas.
