Job Description – Boutique Assistant & Helper

We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and versatile Boutique Assistant to support the daily operations of our designer boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer garment pickups and deliveries.

• Visit customers for measurements, fittings, and trials when required.

• Assist the founder with daily boutique operations and administrative tasks.

• Support the master tailor with fabric handling, cutting preparation, garment finishing, and other tailoring-related activities.

• Assist with fabric sourcing, purchasing materials, and local errands.

• Manage garment packing, labelling, steaming, and order preparation.

• Organize fabrics, accessories, inventory, and customer orders.

• Help maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.

• Coordinate with customers and tailors to ensure timely order completion.

• Provide general assistance wherever required for smooth boutique operations.

Requirements:

• Honest, punctual, responsible, and willing to multitask.

• Basic knowledge of garments and measurements preferred.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Must be comfortable travelling locally in tricity for pickups, deliveries, and customer visits.

• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

• Prior boutique or tailoring experience is an advantage.
