Factory Supervisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Factory Incharge to manage the day-to-day operations of our snacks packing factory. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, machine maintenance coordination, purchase follow-up, infrastructure maintenance, and ensuring timely completion and delivery of production orders.

6.     Reporting

·        Submit daily production reports to management.

·        Report manpower, machine, and material issues promptly.

·        Provide updates on production status and delivery schedules.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in factory operations, production supervision, or manufacturing.

• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance coordination.

• Ability to manage workers and factory activities independently.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email) is preferred.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time డెలివరీ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
