Job Title: Team Leader – Quick Commerce Delivery Operations (Amazon Now / Tez)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Team Leader for Quick Commerce Delivery Operations.

Requirements:

Minimum •2 years of experience•• in quick commerce or delivery operations.

Strong •rider network•• and good local area knowledge.

Experience in quick delivery platforms such as •Blinkit, Zepto••, or similar quick commerce companies.

Ability to take •quick and effective decisions•• in operational situations.

Good knowledge of •Excel and email communication••.

• Strong team handling and operational management skills.

• Candidate should be able to manage rider performance and daily delivery operations efficiently.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in quick commerce delivery operations (Amazon Now / Tez or similar platforms).

Salary Range:

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Looking for candidates who can join and contribute effectively to fast-paced quick commerce operations.
