Job Title: Store & Delivery Executive
Location: Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-time (Contract – 2 Years)
Salary & Benefits:
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month (for the first 3–6 months)
Increment: Salary revision after 6 months based on performance
Insurance: Employee insurance coverage post 6 months
Incentives: Performance-based incentives available after 6 months
Contract Duration: 2 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations including stock entry, inventory checks, and display maintenance
Handle delivery of products on time, ensuring proper packaging and documentation
Maintain sales and inventory records, coordinate with vendors and the main office for supply requirements
Ensure store hygiene, product arrangement, and stock rotation
Assist in basic billing, order tracking, and customer handling
Report daily activity updates and stock summaries
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Graduate
Basic knowledge of inventory and store handling
Must hold a valid two-wheeler license
Good communication and time management skills
Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently
Work Schedule:
6 days a week, 8-9 hrs per day
