Parcel Delivery Executive – Chennai

We are hiring reliable Delivery Cum Drivers for last-mile parcel delivery operations using Mini Commercial Vehicles such as Ape, Tata Ace, Dost, and similar vehicles.

This role is ideal for hardworking candidates who want stable earnings with performance-based growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Load parcels from warehouse/hub.

Deliver parcels safely within assigned delivery zones.

Follow optimized routes and delivery timelines.

Use delivery app for scanning, OTP confirmation, and status updates.

Handle parcels carefully without damages or returns.

Maintain good customer behavior and professionalism.

Ensure vehicle cleanliness and responsible driving.

Support smooth daily operations and delivery targets.

Requirements

Valid Driving License (LMV preferred).

Basic smartphone handling knowledge.

Ability to use Google Maps and delivery apps.

Responsible driving behavior and punctuality.

Prior logistics/delivery experience preferred but not mandatory

WIN-WIN PAYMENT STRUCTURE

Fixed + Performance Hybrid Model

Fixed Monthly Support

Base Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹16,000

Fuel Allowance: ₹2,500 – ₹3,000/month

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000 for full attendance
