Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and punctual Delivery Executive to deliver packages to customers safely and on time. The role involves verifying orders, collecting payments if required, and ensuring a smooth delivery experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver orders to customers within the assigned area.
Ensure packages are handled carefully and delivered in good condition.
Verify delivery details such as address, contact number, and order items.
Collect payments from customers when required and submit them as per process.
Maintain proper delivery records and update the delivery status in the system/app.
Follow the assigned delivery route and schedule.
Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and traffic rules.
Maintain professional behavior while interacting with customers.
