Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Equipment Delivery Executive to handle the delivery, installation, collection, and maintenance coordination of medical equipment at patients’ homes. The candidate should ensure timely delivery, proper equipment handling, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver medical equipment such as hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, BiPAP/CPAP machines, wheelchairs, and other home healthcare equipment to patients’ homes.

• Ensure timely delivery, installation, demonstration, and collection of equipment.

• Explain the basic usage and safety precautions of equipment to patients and their family members.

• Coordinate with the Operations Team for delivery schedules, equipment availability, and patient requirements.

• Verify equipment condition before delivery and after collection.

• Maintain delivery challans, equipment handover forms, and collection records.

• Ensure proper loading, unloading, transportation, and safe handling of medical equipment.

• Coordinate with the technical team for equipment servicing, repairs, and maintenance whenever required.

• Collect payments or rental documents from customers, if applicable.

• Maintain accurate records of equipment movement, stock, and delivery status.

• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and patient safety guidelines.

• Provide professional and courteous service to patients and their families.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Minimum 10th or 12th pass; ITI or Diploma holders are preferred.

• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Basic knowledge of medical equipment is an added advantage.

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

• Knowledge of Chennai routes and local areas is desirable.

• Basic communication skills in Tamil are required; English knowledge is an advantage.
