Job Title: Van Executive (Delivery Associate)

Job Description:

The Van Executive is responsible for delivering Flipkart parcels safely and on time using the company-provided van. Daily deliveries include a mix of Small, Medium, and Large parcels.

Responsibilities:

Deliver assigned parcels accurately within the designated area.

Ensure all assigned deliveries are completed before the end of the shift.

Handle parcels carefully and maintain delivery records.

Follow company policies and delivery timelines.

Eligibility:

Age: 18–40 years

Basic communication skills.

Valid documents as per company requirements.

Work Environment:

Reporting Time: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM at the assigned Flipkart Hub.

Working Days: 26 days per month (4 weekly offs).

Duty ends only after all assigned parcels are successfully delivered.

Salary Structure (Parcel-Based):

Daily Assignment: 25–35 parcels (Mix of Small, Medium & Large)

Small Parcel: ₹23–₹25 per parcel

Medium Parcel: ₹28–₹30 per parcel

Large Parcel: ₹33–₹35 per parcel

Estimated Earnings:

Daily Income: ₹700–₹900 (Approx.)

Monthly Income: ₹18,000–₹20,000 (Approx., based on deliveries)
