Job Description: Supply Executive (Pharma Distribution)

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Executive to manage the daily supply of wholesale medicines to 50–60 medical stores. The role involves timely deliveries, proper handling of medicines, and payment collection, ensuring smooth last-mile operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfilment & Delivery

• Deliver medicines to assigned 50–60 medical shops as per route plan

• Ensure 2 delivery cycles per day (morning & evening)

• Cross-check invoices and items before dispatch

• Maintain accuracy in quantity and product during delivery

• Ensure proper handling of medicines (avoid damage, expiry issues)

• Return undelivered to warehouse with proper record

2. Payment Collection

• Collect payments (cash / UPI ) from customers

• Ensure timely reconciliation of outstanding dues

• Submit collected payments and records at the end of the day

3. Inventory Handling

• Ensure proper handling of medicines (avoid damage, expiry issues)

• Follow storage guidelines for temperature-sensitive products

• Return undelivered to warehouse with proper record

Requirements

• Prior experience in pharma distribution / delivery / logistics preferred

• Ability to manage time-bound deliveries (twice daily routes)

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license

• It is a Full Time డెలివరీ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
