Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and punctual Van Delivery Associate to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that packages and goods are delivered safely, efficiently, and with a smile to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Load and Organize: Securely load the delivery van each morning, ensuring items are organized according to the assigned route to maximize efficiency.

Safe Driving: Safely operate the company delivery van in accordance with all local traffic laws and weather conditions.

Timely Deliveries: Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through various routes according to a set time schedule.

Customer Service: Inspect and deliver packages to customers with a positive, helpful attitude. Handle basic customer inquiries professionally.

Documentation: Obtain delivery confirmations, electronic signatures, or collect payments (COD) if required. Complete daily logs and delivery reports.

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic daily checks on the van (oil, tires, fuel, cleanliness) and report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately.
